Exchanges and Returns:

Returns

Our policy accepts returns up to 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase (we count from delivery to your address), unfortunately we cannot entitle you to an exchange, refund or a voucher.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Changes can be made for another size or model as long as we have stock or you can opt for a voucher with the amount of the garment, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as underwear, accessories, jewelry accessories: No changes or returns are accepted on earrings, bracelets, necklaces, watches or rings. In the event that the customer sends us one of these accessories for exchange, he will be informed so that he can order the collection of the same, the customer paying the shipping cost.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Therefore, do not forget to send the delivery note or a copy marking the products you are returning.

Zebra&Maduixa reserves the right not to accept the exchange, if once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, stained, torn, washed or in inadequate conditions.

We accept both changes and returns. The changes are subject to the availability of the product, if there is no stock of that same item. The customer may replace the product with another in case of requesting a change, if he prefers he will also receive a refund of the amount of the garments he wishes to return.

In case of return of the order, the cost of the return will be assumed by the customer, and must send it to the following address.

The refund will be made within 7 days after checking the condition of the garment.

The exchange and return vouchers have a validity date of three years from the date you receive the package with the returned garments.

Return shipping:
To return the product, send your product to: Zebra&Maduixa, Calle Angel Guimera nº5, 08241 MANRESA.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. The exchange and return postage are borne by the client, and the client can send the garment by the agency that he considers, always postage paid.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We can schedule a collection service for the items you would like to return: here

If you are shipping an item costing more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In the event that the package is lost in this process, it is the customer's responsibility and the change or refund cannot be made if the garment does not arrive at its destination.
