What size should I buy?

If you're not sure which size is right for you, check out our size guides. They are below the sizes available for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We totally get it, we changed our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed we are unable to modify or cancel the order if it has already shipped. If the items don't work for you, be sure to exchange them for a preferred style or return them for a refund.

What payment methods are available?

In the Zebra&Maduixa online store, you can make payments using the following methods:

• Credit or debit card
• PayPal
• Apple Pay (mobile)
• Bizum
• Cash on delivery (+3€)

How can I apply two discount codes to my order?

After completing your order, you'll be taken to a screen where you can enter your address and other information. You can apply any discount codes you have available in the order summary.

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined in a single order. Always check their expiration date and enjoy one per order.

How are discounts calculated?

Discounts are calculated on the value of the products, not on shipping.

VAT-free days: We discount the VAT amount on the products, not on the shipping.

On free shipping days, the standard national peninsular shipping cost of €4.99 is deducted from your order.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping costs are not refundable in the case of returns.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time of the shipment standard is between 1 and 3 business days , depending on the destination. If you make the purchase on weekdays after 4:00 p.m., on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the order management and delivery will be processed on the first business day after the day the order is placed. There are no deliveries on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Where can I receive my purchase?

Your purchase will be sent to the delivery address that you indicate, as long as it is within the European Union, in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). The delivery address may be different from the buyer's address, which can be very useful to give a gift, to receive the order at work or if you are away from your usual address.

We ship to the Canary Islands through the CanariasPrime application, so you must download the Canariasprime app with this link, there you will find all our products without surprise, without customs and administrative management.

As the shipping cost?

They will depend on the weight, amount and destination of your order:

- From €85, they're free! Except in the Balearic Islands, orders over €160.

- We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

To ensure fast and secure delivery, we've selected GLS and TIPSA. When your order is on its way, you'll receive an SMS notifying you that your shipment will arrive within approximately 24 hours.

With standard shipping service: the shipping company is not required to call before delivery. You can also leave the package at a nearby collection point after the first failed delivery attempt and notify us by email to arrange for pickup there.

How can I track my shipment?

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship within Europe. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

How to manage a quality claim?

For quality claims, the garment may be replaced or repaired. We will honor the repair or exchange fee and all shipping costs incurred. If the warranty claim is not accepted after evaluation by our technical department due to non-compliance with the conditions indicated above, we will contact you within 15 business days of your claim to arrange a new shipment with freight collect. The customer must pay the shipping company upon delivery. Before filing a claim, we suggest reviewing the most common cases of garment exchange rejections due to misuse:
· The three-month time limit for filing a claim has been exceeded after the purchase was delivered.
· Failure to follow garment washing and care instructions.
· Use of deodorants with chemicals that discolor fabrics.
· Use of chemicals or bleach in washing.
· Faded by direct drying in the sun.
· The garment was altered or modified by the customer, resulting in damage to its shape.
· The print, appliqués or embroidery were ironed.
Washing glued items such as shoes, sandals, belts, hats, and handbags.
· Normal wear and tear of the garment.
