Se puede devolver sin inconvenientes. Puedes cambiar de color, talla o modelo, o puedes devolver con derecho a reembolso del dinero de la prenda. El plazo es de 14 días para realizar la gestión! Puedes enviarlo por medios propios como por correos o pedírnoslo con recogida en tu casa, a través de nuestro portal.
Varios tipos de bienes están exentos de ser devueltos como los complementos, accesorios bisutería: No se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones en cinturones, pendientes, pulseras, collares, relojes o anillos. En caso de que el cliente nos envíe uno de estos accesorios para cambio, se le informará para que ordene la recogida del mismo pagando el cliente el coste del envío.
Artículos no retornables o reembolsables adicionales: Tarjetas de regalo, Vales y Créditos en tienda emitidos online o tienda física.

A) How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for the shipped standard is between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the destination. B) Where can I receive my purchase?
Your purchase will be sent to the delivery address you indicate, as long as it is within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) or Portugal. They will depend on the weight, amount and destination of your order:
- From €75, they are free! except in the Balearic Islands from €150.
